CULTURAL DIVERSITY APPRECIATION MONTH

This is a month to appreciate the contributions of the many diverse cultures at your workplace.

Activity ideas:

• Have a potluck lunch and ask everyone to bring in a dish (and recipes) from their country or culture.

• Hold a Diversity Fair and give each culture a booth or table to display items from their culture.

• Create a Diversity Album where employees can contribute stories and pictures about their cultures. Make copies for everyone.

• Invite a speaker to speak and show slides or a video about the culture.
