April Fools Day
Remember, Tuesday is April 1st – April Fools Day
Practical jokes are a common practice on April Fool’s Day. The news media even got involved in past years.
For instance, a British short film once shown on April Fool’s Day 1957 was a documentary about “spaghetti farmers” in Switzerland and how they harvest their crop from the spaghetti trees.

So, have fun next Tuesday as you think up a creative practical joke to play.

Joke of the Week
I was anxious to be on time for my new evening course. Because it was in an unfamiliar part of town, I left home early but still spent half an hour searching for the center. After finally parking, I dashed in only to discover I was at a different center on the same street.
I popped back into the car and arrived at the right place-15 minutes late. I raced into the building, headed straight for the receptionist and breathlessly handed her my course receipt. “Could you tell me where my room is?” I asked.
She looked down at the paper, then smiled up at me. “It’s just down the hall, and you’re in plenty of time. The class starts tomorrow.”
