Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc.
As a Human Resources Manager at a manufacturing company, I created a “Thank You Month” in November because of Thanksgiving.)
The thing that had the most success was to put in our Break Rooms a box with Thank You Newsletter Submission Forms and Thank You Cards. The Submission Form said, “I would like to thank ___ for _____” and I published employees’ submissions in our newsletter.
Or, if they didn’t want the rest of the company to see their thank-you, they could choose to use one of the provided Thank You Cards instead, and give it to the person directly.
People loved it so much that it has become an annual event.
