Here are employee recognition ideas that will make your mom proud. Mother’s Day is a good time to recognize the value of the mothers in your company.

Mother’s Day Recognition Ideas

The responsibility on the shoulders of today’s working mothers is enormous. This week, take the time to recognize the value of the mothers in your company.

Here are some ideas:

Have a Mother’s Day pot luck luncheon – with the men in your company bringing the food. All the mothers bring pictures of their children and take turns talking about their children at the luncheon.

Print a certificate to honor each mother. Include the names of their children.

Gift Ideas for the Mothers in your company

A rose, or a corsage

A gift certificate to a store or restaurant

Tickets to the movies

A coupon for an hour off to use whenever she wants

A coupon for a Sanity Day Off

Have a drawing for a massage at a local spa
