Progress Cake

Rewarding the progress of one employee is motivating to everyone.

Here’s how you can give recognition to an employee who is trying hard and making progress, but is not as proficient as some other employees.

Bake or buy a cake and decorate it with the person’s name and the words,

Congratulations on Your Progress!

Then everyone can have fun eating the employee’s Progress Report.
