Raise employee morale with a Heart Healthy pot luck lunch on Valentine’s Day. It’s simple and easy to plan, and will boost employees’ spirits.

Employee Morale Activity:

Valentines Day Heart Healthy Lunch

Have a pot luck Valentines Day lunch. Everyone brings a Heart Healthy dish along with a printed recipe to share with others. If you are creating an employee recipe book, healthy recipes will be a welcome addition.

It’s easy to plan – and very little work. Send an email invitation to your staff today.

You can also get healthy eating literature from the American Heart Association to distribute.

Decorate the table with a Valentines Day tablecloth and napkins. If time allows, employees can each take turns telling about the special people in their lives who have warmed their hearts.
