It&#8217;s amazing how such a low cost item can create so much motivation. That is because people are all kids at heart and crave recognition.<\/p>\n<p>You can take this idea and give stickers for progress at work. Employees can then display the stickers on their computers.<\/p>\n<p>There are so many fun stickers. If you buy a different kind of sticker for each week, everyone will want to get the sticker of the week. You set the parameters for getting a sticker. It can be for productivity, attitude, attendance, or a combination of things.<\/p>\n<p>As your employees work at their computers, they will be reminded that they are appreciated for their work.<\/p>\n<h4>Answer to This Week&#8217;s Trivia Question<\/h4>\n<p>Q.
