Here’s an employee morale booster that’s sure to warm everyone on a cold, dreary day.<\/p>\n

In South Dakota, we are prone to winter blizzards. Staff are generally aware of when these are predicted. Those that make extra effort to be here or fill in for a co-worker who can’t get in, get blizzard coupons from the Dairy Queen and free meals here on campus. This extra encouragement helps create a fun atmosphere even on a dreary day.<\/p>\n
