(Answer at the end of this newsletter.)<\/p>\n<h3>Employee Morale Special Days to Celebrate<\/h3>\n<h3>May is: Workplace Relationships Enrichment Month<\/h3>\n<p>May is the month to focus on the enrichment of workplace relationships, and have fun in the process. We spend a great part of our life at work. It makes sense to do what we can to develop satisfying relationships with those we work with every day.<\/p>\n<p>Activity ideas:<\/p>\n<p>1. Everyone loves crossword puzzles, and they serve a useful purpose when you customize them to your workplace or organization. Make up clues that tell something interesting about each employee. The answer will be the employee&#8217;s first and last name.<\/p>\n<p>2. Questionnaires that ask silly questions are excellent tools to help employees get to know each other. Design your own questionnaire or have your employees design one.<\/p>\n<p>3. Create a Share board for employees to answer questions. For example, one company placed a bulletin board inside their break room and invited employees to answer the question: &#8220;If you could change the world (or your workplace) what would that look like?&#8221; Questions can be changed periodically. The answers provide incredible insight about the respondents.
