You can create a lot of employee spirit during the month of October if you plan ahead for Halloween fun. So, create a committee of spirit minded employees and start planning.<\/p>\n

You can decorate your office for the whole month of October. Make it a group effort where everyone can use their creativity to make decorations.<\/p>\n

Create a haunted house atmosphere with ghosts, spiders and spider webs, jack-o-lanterns, black cats, etc.<\/p>\n

Employees will be excited to make their creative contribution.<\/p>\n
