Celebrating Quality Month<\/h3>\n

We celebrated Quality month at my company. The theme we chose was Rock and Roll.<\/p>\n

To kick off the month, the supervisors all dressed like the California Raisinettes (Hefty trash bags, black leotards, black turtle necks, white gloves and socks and sunglasses).<\/p>\n

We went through the office dancing to -I Heard It Through the Grapevine- and handed out boxes of raisins…<\/p>\n

Our Pledge…..We are -Raisin- Quality!<\/p>\n

The staff had a ball.. They were all dancing and rocking with us. Sometimes it’s fun to just let loose and have a few minutes of downtime to laugh (or in our case, be laughed at!).<\/p>\n

A businessman had just started his own firm. He rented a beautiful office and had it furnished with antiques.<\/p>\n

Sitting there, he saw a man come into the outer office. Wishing to appear the hot shot, the businessman picked up the telephone and started to pretend he had a big deal working.<\/p>\n

He threw huge figures around and made giant commitments. Finally he hung up and asked the visitor, “Can I help you?”<\/p>\n

The man said, “Yeah, I’ve come to activate your telephone lines.”<\/p>\n
