As a Human Resources Manager at a manufacturing company, I created a “Thank You Month” in November because of Thanksgiving.)<\/p>\n

The thing that had the most success was to put in our Break Rooms a box with Thank You Newsletter Submission Forms and Thank You Cards. The Submission Form said, “I would like to thank ___ for _____” and I published employees’ submissions in our newsletter.<\/p>\n

Or, if they didn’t want the rest of the company to see their thank-you, they could choose to use one of the provided Thank You Cards instead, and give it to the person directly.<\/p>\n

People loved it so much that it has become an annual event.<\/p>\n
