After Thanksgiving, the Christmas shopping rush begins. Giving people a half day off to do their Christmas shopping will make you a hero.<\/p>\n

If you can’t give a half-day, an hour or two will still be helpful and appreciated.<\/p>\n

Be sure they schedule employees’ time off in advance so you are not caught short handed.<\/p>\n

Employees will love it, and you will be rewarded by their cooperation when you need it the most.<\/p>\n
