Discover the “art of delegating” the holiday chores. Assign different tasks to family members.

Make this holiday a “family affair” by having

one person wrap gifts,

another to address cards,

another person to make cookies,

another one to decorate, etc.

2. Eat healthy to maintain your weight during the holidays. Eat foods that give you energy and boost your immune system.

Prepare and freeze holiday food ahead of time so you’re not nibbling.

3. Get plenty rest. Be good to yourself with a warm bath, scented candles and a comfy bed to snuggle into at night.

4. Be polite. Be patient with difficult people and “smile” Smiling reduces stress.

5. Diffuse difficult relationships by sending encouraging cards or giving a friendly call before a Holiday “Open House.”

Answer to This Week’s Trivia Question

Q.
