(Answer at the end of this newsletter.)<\/p>\n<h3>Employee Morale<\/h3>\n<h3>Satisfaction Basket<\/h3>\n<p>Contributed by Yvonne Dunbar RN BSN<\/p>\n<p>I am a nurse manager at a small community medical center in New Jersey.<\/p>\n<p>We have several recognition programs at our facility however the one that I favor most is our satisfaction basket.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever a staff member has been recognized for going above and beyond they get the opportunity to select a gift from the basket and have their picture taken and placed on the satisfaction board.<\/p>\n<h4>Answer to This Week&#8217;s Trivia Question<\/h4>\n<p>Q. Arriving for the first meeting, I took a seat in the busy waiting area.<\/p>\n<p>After a few minutes, I decided to ask at the reception desk. Perhaps I had mistaken the time? The date?<\/p>\n<p>Nope.
