(Answer at the end of this newsletter.)<\/p>\n<h3>Employee Morale<\/h3>\n<h3>Fathers Day Picnic<\/h3>\n<p>June 15, 2014 is Fathers Day.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a great time to celebrate with a picnic for your employees and their families. This will help employees get to know each other better and get along better at work.<\/p>\n<p>Introducing the Families<\/p>\n<p>Have everyone form a large circle. Then have one family at a time go to the center of the circle. The father then introduces his wife and children. Provide name tags for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>Activities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relay races<\/li>\n<li>Softball game<\/li>\n<li>Hide and Seek<\/li>\n<li>Treasure Hunt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Award prizes to the winners.<\/p>\n<p>Employees who do not have children can help run the activities and serve the food.<\/p>\n<h4>Answer to This Week&#8217;s Trivia Question<\/h4>\n<p>Q.
