(Answer at the end of this newsletter.)<\/p>\n<h3>Employee Morale<\/h3>\n<h3>Try This Special Way for Employees to Encourage Each Other<\/h3>\n<p>Contributed by Elva Vaught<\/p>\n<p>Years ago when our training group seemed to be going in opposite directions, our manager handed us an assignment.<\/p>\n<p>While it was clear that we needed an exercise in teamwork, the assignment was to be completed on an individual basis.<\/p>\n<p>She handed us a sheet of paper listing everyone&#8217;s name with one blank next to each name.<\/p>\n<p>The directions were simple, think of one quality you admired about each person, and write it next to his or her name.<\/p>\n<p>The administrator then took what we wrote, and on nice stationary typed a separate list of positive qualities for each employee. She then adorned each with a ribbon.<\/p>\n<p>I still have mine after all these years.<\/p>\n<h4>Answer to This Week&#8217;s Trivia Question<\/h4>\n<p>Q.
