Q. What is the difference between a Main user and a Sub-User?Who controls the Sub-Users?
A. Each of the multi-user memberships gives you one main member plus your allotted number of additional sub-user memberships. For example, the 15 sub-user package actually has 16 memberships, etc.
Each sub-user gets their own unique username and password.
As the main user, you have total control over adding and deleting sub-users. A short video shows you how easy it is.
You may cancel your membership at any time, however, your sub-users will have only access to their membership as long as you, the main user, has an active membership.
Q. What is included in the gold membership?
A. All the products listed below and all future additions to those products.

Q. How can I get only the number of Sub-Users I need if it's not any of those offered?
The only difference between these 4 packages is the number of sub-users.
Each sub-user may share their login information with employees in their department to create spirit committees or delegate tasks. This lightens the manager's task load and involves other employees in morale boosting.
In fact, up to 7 people in one department may login at the same time, so it is not necessary to purchase more than one membership per department.
Step 1: After you figure out how many sub-users you need, purchase your first package.
Step 2: Then, you may add additional sub-user packages in any combination, and at any time to increase your number of sub-users. You do this from your member page.
Examples:
If you need 32 sub-users, you can purchase the 10 user package and then the 25 Sub-User Package. You would have a few empty spaces in case you need them to assign additional sub-users.
If you need 70 sub-users, you may purchase the 50 sub-user and two of the 10 sub-user packages, etc.
You will still only get 1 main user, even if you order multiple packages, so you can manage them all from your member page.
Using this method, you can come close to the actual number you need.

Q. Can I try it before I purchase it?
A. We give you a trial membership. You

only $1 for the first 30 days membership, no matter which package you choose.
This gives you time to enter your sub-users, and explore all the many benefits of your Employee Morale Center Gold All-In-One multi-user membership.
Q. How soon can my sub-users get access?
The instant you sign up a sub-user they will have immediate and complete access to all of the products in your membership. They will instantly receive an email with their username and password. Sub-users will have the ability to change their passwords if they wish.
As long as you have an active membership, all of your sub-users will have access to the membership site.
A. Your credit card will be charged every 30 days for your membership amount. If you purchase more than one package, there will be a separate charge for each. If you purchased them on different days of the month, then your credit card will be charged 30 days from the date of each purchase. The charges are not combined for more than one package.
Caution: If you cancel your membership, all sub-users cancel at the same time. If you are late in your payment because your credit card is declined, your sub-users will be denied access until you update your expiration date on your credit card or correct any credit card problem. We will notify you immediately if there is a problem with your monthly membership payment.
Q. May I resell the membership?
A. Yes, you may resell the package.
Examples:
If you are an HR Consultant or a Leadership consultant, you may want to include Employee Morale Center membership to give your clients added value, or you may want to charge your clients separately for their membership. In the latter case, you would set the fee you would charge your client. We do not set your fees.
You also might want to give membership to customers as a thank you gift.
If you are a sales rep, you may want to give membership to your prospects.
If you are on the board of a professional organization, you may want to include Employee Morale Center membership as an added benefit to your members, or you might want to sell them as an ongoing fundraiser.
A. Once you have made your purchase, even if fees go up, your membership fee will always remain the same. Each sub-user gets the Employee Morale Center - Gold All-In-One membership - a $67 month value.
